More »Founded in 1997, Coben Group was designed and built according to GMP standard. It is located in specialized chemical zone——Zhejiang Nanyang and Jiangsu Qidong with a total area of 110,000M2.
Coben is specialized in developing and manufacturing of APIs and intermediates for anti-AIDS drugs, anti-cancer drugs, cardiovascular drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, and advanced intermediates. Our main products include: Lamivudine, Tenofovir,Zidovudine, Abacavir, Emtricitabine, Losartan, Valsartan, Irbesartan, Eporlosartan, Clopidogrel, Gemcitabine,Carvedilol, Capecitabine, Loxoprofen, Etodolac, Tamsulosin and their intermediates. For cytosine, our annual output reaches 500MT, which is the largest among the world.
Coben is one of the state hi-tech enterprises and provincial hi-tech enterprises, owning provincial R&D center. Most of the products are self-developed. We hold national and international patents for many product. Our factory is full equipped, including more than three hundred 500-5000L glass-lined and stainless steel reactors, with a total capacity of 600M3. We have industrial production for some difficultly operating reactions and procedures, including: butylithium reaction, Grignard reaction, hydrogenation reaction, low temperature reaction (-80℃), high pressure reaction (1-5Mpa), high vacuum distillation (≤0.5mmHg), etc. Our company also pays high attention to manufacturing and contract manufacturing.
