Trancar Industries Model TCM-WR automatic steel wire rod polishing machine is design for stainless steel metal wire rods’ surface grinding and buffing.This machine adopts mechanical method to process the surface of metal wire rod to grind,polish and rust,replace the original pickling, environmental protection and energy saving, meet the requirements of mass production,achieve high production efficiency and stable and reliable product quality.

This belt sander removes oxide scale or oxide film and its particles from the wire.Through the four fixed rollers (single side) and two tension rollers supported by the turntable,two high-speed rotating abrasive belts are driven to polish,and the rotation speed of the turntable and the feed speed of the wire match each other.

The thickness of the double-headed belt can be freely combined according to the product's finish requirements.Custom design service is available.
