Sand pump is a type of centrifugal pump. In drilling fluid solid control process, the sand pump's function is transfer the drilling fluid between mud tanks, and it's also a feeding pump, supply drilling fluid to shale shaker, desander, desilter, mud cleaner etc.

The seal of sand pump is mechanical seal. The type is horizontal type.
