Dayang, as an ISO9002 approved enterprise, now has 30,000sqm of building, CNY 60 million of fixed assets, 12 sets of MURATA 21C-S automatic winders and 38,000 ring spun spindles. Chosen the best polyester from Yizheng Chemical Fiber and viscose materials from Shandong Hailong and Tangshan Sanyou and manufactured in siro spinning, compact spinning and slub spinning methods in automatic winders, we now mainly produce pure yarns and blending knitting yarns of T/R, Rayon, pure polyester, Modal and Tencel (customer-made or wax service are also available for customers with special requirements). Now, the quality indexes of our products (such as thickness, detail, node and feather, etc) can meet 5% Uster 2007; with even texture, our products can be dyed in single or double dyeing method, and the dyed yarns have bright colors and good fastness either. Therefore, our products are widely used in top-grade single-side single jersey and single jersey of urethane elastic fiber, with such features of smooth surface, low feather and good breathable effects.
