The polyimide ZTS-PI-Ⅰcan be ued for aircraft,aviation,automobile,office equipment,electrical and electriconic equipment,sciencific instrument,industrial machinery,production equipment and so on.The polyimide is fit for the application surroundings which can be temperature resisting,sealed,dimensional stability,deformation without fracture,such as seeling ring,thrust washer,sliding bearing,vacuum pump vane,valve seat,gear and so on. The polyimide has two series:pure ZTS-PI-Ⅰ. The pure ZTS-PI-Ⅰ The 100％pure polyimide resin can be mould pressing,injection molding,extrusion molding.The 100％pure polyimide resin has outstanding advantages in the polyimide series,such as The highest mechanical properties,the best electric and thermal insulation properties,high tempeature wear-resist(high PV value)excellent dimention stability. Products are mainly used in:The environment which have high requirements in mechanical properties,purity,inslation,heat inslation,friction coefficient.Typical applications include vavle seat,thermal insulation cover,plasma welding gun,turbine ring,timing gear tensioner,bearing retainer,Printer paper disengaging pawl,break block,sensing the locator and so on. Composite ZTS-PI-Ⅰ 1.The composite product PI-Ⅰand PTFE:The Product is compression moulding formed with 15％PTFE added into the polyimide resin which can improve the product’s abrasive resistance,better stable dimention. The typical applications include the high temperature seals,support ring,ring,oriented wearing ring,heat-resisting compressor priston ring,heat-resisting gear(gear pump and copying machine can use it). 2.The jointed prduct PI-I with graphite:The product is compression moulding formed with 15％ graphite added into the polyimide resin which has excellent abrasive resistance in high PVvalue condition. Products are mainly used in:all kinds of seal rings and seal rings sliding bearings.The typical application include the trust washer in automobile transmission,seal ring,piston seal ring,hydraulic motor seal ring,EGR automobile exhaust recycle axle sleeve,turbocharger axle sleeve holder,micro dentistry axle sleeve holder,vacuum pump Pneumatic tool blade and so on. 3.The jointed product PI-Ⅰwith graphite:The Product is compression moulding formed with 40％ graphite added into the polyimide resin whivh has low linear expansion coefficient,and low friction coefficient which is well suited for the wide temperature range working condition and the high requirement for stable dimention condition. The product is mainly used in high-voltage seal rings(hydraulic motor,hydraulicintensifier seal rings) 4.The jointed product PI-Ⅰ:The product is compression moulding formed with 15％ graphite and 10％ PTFE added into he polyimide resin which has very low friction coefficient applied for the high rotation speed working condition. The product is mainly used in the piston seal rings and seal rings which are very reliable for blanketing gas due to the very low friction coefficient and good dimensional stability. 5.The jointed produc PI-Ⅰ:The product is compression moulding formed with 15％ molybdenum disulfide added into the polyimide resin which has excellent wear-resisting property and sealing preperty in the high vacuum environment. The product is mainly used in super vacuum and bayonet.This composite material has successfully been applied to thousands of centrifugal pump which mainly used in oil refinery、chemical factory、power station and other fluid handling equipment.This product is used as the choma of the pump、throat bushings、axletree bearing which can replace metal、graphite、silicon carbide and other composite material to significantly improve the efficiency、reliability and running performance of the pump. The characteristic of the product can effectively reduce probability of stuck when the pump is running,and lower mouth ring gap over 50％. Applications and envirnments:refinery、boiler feedwater、centrifugal pump、shield pump、submerged pump、magnetic drive pump、chemical fertilizer plant、sulphuric acid plant and so on. Transmission medium:Low density olefin、The gas and liquid saturation medium、strong corrosive、high and low temperature.
