Our plant is located in the North Central Industrial corridor of Mexico , only three hours from the Laredo , Texas border. This wholly owned Mexican Company is named, Ingenieria y Ciencias Aplicadas, S.A. de C. V. ( ICA ) and it is staffed with trained Research Chemists and Chemical Engineers. Our established policy is always to have a Research Chemist and a Chemical Engineer assigned to every new project.
