DEFOAMER FOR CONCRETE

DF-7000 DEFOAMING AGENT FOR CONCRETE DF-7000 is a liquid type defoaming agent useful for cement and concrete product. This product is easily dispersible in water and admixture. When concrete is manufactured, it prevents massive air entraining which might be generating from admixture and re-generating air, and also maintains uniform amount of air in the concrete. Typical Properties Appearance Pale yellowish liquid Active content 100% Viscosity 300cps(at 25℃) Specific Gravity 0.98 (25℃) Water solubility easily dispersible Application ∙ The average dosage in concrete is usually 0.2~1.0% based on water reducing agent. However, it is recommended to adjust the level according to the situation of foam generated. Handling Precautions ∙ Store at 5-30℃. Keep away from fire, heat or any other possible source of ignition on handling and storage. ∙ Additional handling information is contained in a material safety data sheet which is available on request. Be sure to request it before handling. Health and Safety DF-7000 contains no hazardous materials and is completely transport class free. However, it is recommended to use standard handling procedures with the product. Wear gloves and eye protection and wash splashes to the skin with soap and water at the end of shifts or at breaks.
