Anti Setting Agent

SG 520 is based on a polyolefin wax paste in xylene. It is a designed for highly efficient control of pigment settling in industrial finishes. Also SG 520 is anti-settling agent which gives low viscosity increasing and thixotropic to solvent based paint. Incorporation Rapid dispersion can be achieved with high speed mixers, as well as high shear sand, pebble and roller mills. Recommended levels The optimum level of usage will vary depending on the system, the type of pigmentation and the degree of anti-settling protection required. In an industrial coating, a typical level is 0.5～3.0% SG 520 additive by weight in the coating. Packing 17 Kg packing in tin can, 170Kg packing in drum.
