Pharmacological action: It is chemically designated as a acetamide topical anaesthetic, it can stabilize neuronal membranes by inhibiting the ionic fluxes required for the initiation and conduction of impulses , thereby effecting local anesthetic action .
Indication: It is a topical anaesthetic, used for superficial analgesia.
Dosage: Superficial analgesia, 5-10 sprays each time.
Adverse reactions: Anaphylaxis, bronchial spasm for some patients with aspiratory path diseases, tinnitus, concussion, fidget.
Overdosage: Eclampsia and Sudden pause of heart may occur when over dosage is administered.
