It is effective for viscosity control and fluid loss reduction in all water-base mud systems, including freshwater, brackish water, seawater, salt, lime, gyp and potassium systems to effectively control the rheological properties at elevated temperatures and to minimize adverse effects of mud contamination. FCLS has superior deflocculating capabilities, even in the presence of contaminants and elevated temperatures. Be effective at temperature more than 150~160 ℃ ,it can also be used at the temperature above 200℃ when cooperated with lignite derivatives and other temperature-resisting chemicals. Main Performance: It’s widely used in oil drilling industry for drilling mud thinner. It is a good emulsifier for oil in water mud. FCLS may be added into drilling fluids either in the form of solution or powder Packing: Packed in plastic film bag wrapped with plastic woven sack with a net weight of 25kg each. Storage: Kept in dry and ventilating place, prevent from rain and moisture when storage; if agglomerated, please crush and make it into solution, and its effect will be the same.
