Used in rust preventive oils (greases) products, it is often employed as a vapor phase corrosion inhibitor for copper and copper alloys, circulating water treatment agents, automotive antifreeze, photographic anti-fogging agents, polymer stabilizers, plant growth regulators, lubricant additives, ultraviolet absorbers, etc. This product can also be used in combination with various scale inhibitors, bactericides, and algaecides.
