Complies with: GB/T13814 ENi625 AWS A5.11 ENiCrMo-3 Characteristics and Applications: 1. A low-hydrogen DC welding electrode with a nominal deposited metal composition of 60Ni-22Cr-9Mo-5Fe-3.5Nb, offering excellent weldability and workability. The high content of Mo and Nb in the deposited metal allows for application in a wider range of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant environments. Suitable for operating temperatures from low temperatures up to 540°C. 2. Applicable for chemical process equipment, nuclear reactors, Inconel 625, ASTM B443/B444/B446, high-nickel alloy materials, dissimilar steel welding, 9Ni high-strength steel welding, and low-carbon steel cladding overlay welding. Precautions: 1. Before welding, the electrode must be dried at 350–400°C for 30–60 minutes.
