TPV 5750DB - Recyclability

Sarlink® TPV 5750DB is a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It offers excellent flex fatigue durability, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, superior electrical properties, abrasion resistance, and outstanding chemical and weather resistance. It features high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension and compression set, and good colorability. Due to its shorter cycle times, it reduces production costs, lowers energy requirements, and, owing to its recyclability, achieves very high material efficiency.

Sarlink® TPV 5750DB can be reprocessed through multiple thermal cycles without loss of physical properties. Applications include automotive (under-the-hood applications, sealing systems), pipe seals, gaskets, seals, wires and cables, and wine bottle stoppers.
