Typically, for high-reach aerial work platforms or lifting equipment, the measurement and control of the tilt angle are critical to the safety of operators. When the base of the lifting system operates on sloped ground, there is a high risk of overturning, which can cause significant damage to personnel and property. Therefore, it is essential to measure, control, and provide alarms for the tilt angle of both the operating platform and the entire equipment base.
Our tilt sensor products include:
1. Single-axis and dual-axis (measuring tilt angles in both forward-backward and left-right directions)
2. Measuring range: 0 to ±180° (selectable)
3. Supply voltage: DC 9–36V (can be directly connected to the equipment’s battery)
