Uses: Relative density 1.49, insoluble in water, ketones, ethers, gasoline; soluble in 1% sodium hydroxide, carbon disulfide, benzene, chloroform; bitter taste. This product is a typical representative of dithiocarbamate accelerators. At 120-135°C, vulcanization speed is very fast; above 125°C, vulcanization flatness narrows. When used with accelerator TMTD, DM anti-scorch agent, or antioxidant MB, it can improve the storage performance of the rubber compound. Adding amine accelerators can greatly increase vulcanization speed. It has a strong activation effect on butyl rubber containing accelerators M and TMTD, shortening vulcanization time, and is also an excellent activator for thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators. When used with ammonium or sodium dithiocarbamates and medium-zinc salts, it can increase vulcanization speed. In latex, when used as a secondary accelerator, the aging performance of the resulting products is improved. It is an ultra-fast universal accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex, especially suitable for white and transparent products, mainly used in the manufacture of rubber shoes, cables, food-grade rubber, fiber rubber cloth, medical products, latex products, adhesives, sheets, and self-vulcanizing rubber compounds.
Dosage: Generally 0.1-1 part; in latex compounds, 0.5-1 part.
Packaging: Inner plastic, outer woven kraft paper composite bag, 25KG/bag.
Storage: In a ventilated and dry place, shelf life not less than two years.
