Main Purpose:

The salt spray simulation test chamber is one of the artificial climate environment "three-proof" (damp heat, salt spray, mold) test equipment. It is an important test device used to study the environmental adaptability and reliability of various industries such as machinery, defense industry, light industry electronics, and instrumentation.

It uses salt spray corrosion to test the reliability of samples. Salt spray refers to a dispersed system in the atmosphere composed of tiny salt-containing liquid droplets and is one of the artificial environment three-proof series. Many products require simulation of the destructive effects of marine climates. Large salt spray laboratories are divided into neutral salt spray and acid salt spray, differing in the standards and test methods they comply with, also known as "NSS" and "CASS" tests. It is a common testing method in artificial three-proof climates.
