PEM electrolyzer plate inspection line

Production Line Overview:

This production line is used for the inspection of PEM hydrogen electrolyzer bipolar plates before stacking. The inspection scope includes flatness (warpage), airtightness, AOI inspection (color difference on both sides, dents, protrusions, plate cracking, scratches, white spots, dirt, black spots, edge deformation, adhesive overflow, adhesive line size inspection, etc.). This helps improve the first-pass qualification rate of electrolyzer stacking.

Flatness (Warpage) Inspection:

•   Non-contact 3D line-scan measurement method

•   Inspection range: 0~5mm

•   Inspection accuracy: 0.02mm

Airtightness Inspection:

•   Pressure accuracy: ±0.1%F.S

•   Displacement accuracy: 0.02mm

•   Flow accuracy: ± (0.8%rdg+0.2%fs)

•   Flow range: 0.01~10sccm

•   Fixture flatness: ≤±0.02mm

•   Fixture parallelism: ≤±0.04mm

Appearance Defect Inspection:

•   Minimum defect size: 0.5mm

•   Detectable defect types: ≥14 types

•   Line scan camera resolution: ≥16K

•   Pixel size: 3.5μm

•   Software supports deep learning functionality
