PEM Hydrogen Production Membrane Slitting and Inspection Line

Equipment Overview:

This production line is used for cutting and inspecting PEM hydrogen production membranes. It consists of a membrane feeding and cutting machine, a dual-station airtightness testing machine, a membrane sorting and unloading machine, and a constant temperature and humidity system.

Advantages and Highlights:

•   The feeding and cutting machine includes: unwinding correction, membrane peeling, protective film recovery, tension control, cutting, and membrane picking.

•   The airtightness testing machine includes: CCD visual guidance, online airtightness testing, airtight baseplate switching device, and inkjet marking device.

•   The membrane sorting machine includes: sorting robot, membrane-specific suction cups, membrane paper feeding, and sorting bins.

•   Detection efficiency: ≤2ppm

•   Membrane cutting accuracy: 0.5mm

•   Unwinding correction accuracy: 1mm

•   Airtightness testing compression force: 200KN

•   Platen parallelism: ±0.03mm

•   Airtightness detection accuracy: ±(0.8%Rdg +0.2%F.S); compatible with flow method and differential pressure method.
