Flow Battery Flow Frame Adhesive Line Profile Inspection Machine

Production Line Overview:

This equipment is used for the contour inspection of flow frame adhesive lines. It scans and checks the adhesive line contours using a three-axis robotic module equipped with a laser line profiling system. NG (non-conforming) adhesive lines are picked up by the three-axis robotic module and placed on the NG unloading platform, while OK products are sent to the next workstation, ensuring the quality of the adhesive line contours.
