This production line enables automated feeding, screen printing, dispensing, plate bonding, curing, adhesive height inspection, and airtightness testing for bipolar plate components. It utilizes robots for stacking, compatible with products of various sizes. The process employs imported screw valve dispensing and airtightness testing to ensure product consistency and reliability. The entire line is managed by an MES system, achieving unmanned, fully automated production with traceable process parameters.
