Bench Drill Press

The bench drill press, commonly referred to as a bench drill, is a compact and easy-to-operate small hole-processing machine tool typically mounted on a dedicated workbench. The drilling diameter of a bench drill press is generally below 13mm, with a maximum of no more than 16mm. Its spindle speed is usually adjusted by changing the position of the V-belt on the stepped pulley, and the spindle feed is manually operated. The bench drill press can be placed on the workbench, featuring a vertically arranged spindle. In a vertical drill press, the spindle head and worktable are mounted on a column with the spindle arranged vertically. A radial drill press can rotate and move up and down around the column, and the spindle head typically moves horizontally along the arm. A milling-drilling machine has a worktable that can move longitudinally and transversely, with a vertically arranged drilling spindle capable of performing milling operations. A deep hole drilling machine uses specialized deep hole drills, with the workpiece rotating to drill deep holes. A center drilling machine for flat end faces and center holes is used for cutting shaft end faces and machining center holes with center drills. A horizontal drilling machine has a horizontally arranged spindle that can move vertically.
