Citrus aurantium oil

Fructus Aurantii, also known as Zhike, is the dried immature fruit of the Citrus aurantium L. and its cultivated varieties, belonging to the Rutaceae family of dicotyledonous medicinal plants. It is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine with a slightly cold nature and bitter, pungent, and sour taste. It is primarily produced in Sichuan, Jiangxi, Hunan, and Zhejiang. The variety from Sichuan is called Chuan Zhike, from Jiangxi is called Jiang Zhike, and from Hunan is called Xiang Zhike.
