CO Catalytic Combustion Unit
Model: GEW-C-NK
Air Volume: 500-5000m³/h
The CO catalytic combustion unit is a device designed for low-temperature catalytic oxidation of small air volume, low-concentration organic waste gases, in conjunction with activated carbon and zeolite concentration. It primarily consists of insulation layers, heat exchange modules, noble metal catalytic devices, and a control system. It is a low-temperature, oxygenated, flameless combustion unit that facilitates catalytic reduction reactions for VOCs organic waste gases. It mainly treats waste gases such as benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl ketone, and hydrocarbons, and can be used in conjunction with front-end concentration devices under high air volume and low concentration conditions.
Working Principle:
The CO catalytic combustion equipment, or organic gas catalytic purification device, utilizes noble metal catalysts + O₂ for oxygenated catalytic low-temperature combustion. It employs catalysts to oxidize and decompose harmful gases in flammable components at lower temperatures, typically around 350°C, through oxygenated flameless combustion, producing harmless substances CO₂ and H₂O.
