Tego Glide 410 is a smoothing and anti-blocking leveling agent used in wood coatings, industrial coatings, automotive paints, etc.

Chemical composition: Polyether-polysiloxane copolymer
Appearance: Transparent liquid;
Active content: Approx. 92%;
Viscosity at 25°C: Approx. 2000 mPa·s;

Features of Tego Glide 410:
1. Tego Glide 410 can be widely used in water-based, radiation-curing, and solvent-based formulations, significantly improving flow and transparency in varnishes;
2. Tego Glide 410 provides anti-cratering, smoothness, anti-blocking/release effects; high compatibility (reduced risk of haze);
3. Tego Glide 410 offers a varnish-like feel in leather topcoats and exhibits long-wave effects during spray application;

Application examples of Tego Glide 410 (based on total formulation in supplied form):
1. Automotive paints: Recommended dosage 0.05-0.3%
2. Radiation-curing varnishes: Recommended dosage 0.05-0.5%;
3. Water-based overprint varnishes: Recommended dosage 0.05-0.3%;
4. Water-based and solvent-based wood coatings: Recommended dosage 0.05-0.3%;

Usage instructions for Tego Glide 410:
1. It can be added directly to the coating either pre-diluted or in supplied form.
2. Pre-diluting Tego Glide 410 with recommended solvents facilitates addition and mixing.
3. In alkaline or acidic media, it is advisable to verify the product's long-term stability.
