Double-Column Heavy-Duty Stacker

The stacker, fully known as the aisle-type stacker crane, is the primary storage and retrieval equipment in automated warehousing systems. It can move horizontally and vertically along the aisles between three-dimensional racks according to computer instructions, using its forks to retrieve or store goods from the storage compartments. The operational requirements are fulfilled by three drive mechanisms: travel, lifting, and fork movement. It employs internationally advanced servo control systems and absolute addressing systems for fully closed-loop control, combined with high-precision addressing methods such as barcode or laser distance measurement, ensuring high-precision operation of the stacker.
