Using honeycomb ceramic as the carrier, a 1-2nm Pt-Pd-based high-activity component is formed through a special process, enhancing the dispersion of the active component on the carrier surface. A high surface area material is coated to expand the specific surface area, increasing its adsorption capacity. Rare earth co-catalysts are added to achieve high oxygen storage, high specific surface area, and high dispersion characteristics on the catalyst surface. It is particularly suitable for purifying toxic and harmful exhaust gases containing organic compounds such as aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, as well as carbon monoxide, emitted by industries including chemical, food, machinery, instrumentation, household appliances, baking and spray painting, printing, and color steel manufacturing. The fundamental principle of purifying exhaust gases is catalytic combustion. The heat generated during the catalytic combustion process can be comprehensively utilized.
