VSG Dual-Line Distributor

The Lincoln dual-line distributor valve can have up to 8 outlets, with each pair of outlets equipped with a pointer for visual monitoring. Dual-line distributor valves are available in various models, including dust-proof materials, dust and acid-resistant materials, electrical monitoring, magnetic displacement adjustment devices suitable for harsh working conditions, high-temperature resistant fluororubber seals, and NPT threaded interfaces. For specific details, refer to the model description. All dual-line distributor valves operate on the same principle. The differences between VSG, VSL, and VSKH lie in their displacement capacities, while the distinction between VSKH and VSKV is that the former has outlets on the side, and the latter has outlets on the front (vertical surface). This allows for greater flexibility in piping layout. Distributor valves with the MR suffix (magnetic adjustment device) have no dynamic point seals, making them suitable for operation in harsh conditions, such as environments with excessive water, dust, or high temperatures up to 120°C. The VSG, VSL, VSKH, and VSKV series distributor valves are made of high-quality, galvanized steel and are designed for high-pressure (up to 400 bar) dual-line systems.
