Nanoscale Superhydrophobic Anti-Icing Coating

Main functions: Anti-icing, anti-corrosion, self-cleaning.

Typical applications: Power facilities such as wires, cables, and power towers, as well as anti-icing for aircraft and aerospace vehicles.

The coating adopts a biomass principle. After curing into a film, it forms a transparent, self-cleaning anti-corrosion layer on the substrate surface, preventing water from wetting the surface, thereby achieving anti-icing, easy deicing, anti-corrosion, and self-cleaning effects.

The modified silicone resin used in the coating, with the assistance of micro-nano scale materials, traps air to form a structure that prevents water from wetting the surface. This results in excellent anti-icing, easy deicing, anti-corrosion, and self-cleaning properties. It also synergizes with flame retardants, providing both liquid repellency and effective flame retardancy.
