1: The DFE35 is a heavy-duty product in the UFTrak DFE roller guide series, featuring a payload capacity of over 80KG per single slider block. It represents the high rigidity and high load-bearing specifications within the DFE roller guide standards.

2: Slider preload and clearance adjustment method: A combination of concentric roller bearings and eccentric roller bearings allows for thrust and rigidity adjustments by regulating the eccentric roller bearings. The slider is adjusted to a zero-clearance state before leaving the factory.

3: All bearing surfaces of the slider block have high load capacity, and all roller axles possess high torque-bearing capability.

4: Double-row angular contact thrust ball rollers, sealed and lubricated for life, and equipped with mass-production standard V-guide rails.

5: Easy to install, with optional dust-proof hole plugs.

6: Low noise.

7: Can be used without lubrication.

8: Maximum length of a single rail: 4000mm.

9: Installation threaded hole pitch: 40mm.
