Using sponge titanium as raw material, we employ our 3500-ton electrode hydraulic press, paired with a 3-ton double-chamber vacuum consumable arc furnace, and undergo two or more melting processes to produce high-quality ingots for processing materials. Utilizing our 2000-ton free forging oil press, 3500-ton free forging oil press, 750 kg air hammer, natural gas heating furnace, resistance heating furnace, lathe, sawing machine, and other equipment, we complete processes such as ingot blooming, intermediate forging, and finished product forging to produce pure titanium and titanium alloy forgings with uniform chemical composition and stable mechanical properties.

We can forge titanium discs, titanium rings, titanium plates, titanium blocks, titanium square bars, and special-shaped titanium forgings.
