LRB5000 Long-Range Laser Rangefinder

Long-range laser rangefinders enable rapid measurement, autofocus, and distance measurement, accurately calculate averages, and feature powerful data storage capabilities. Optional azimuth and elevation angle functions, wide-ranging applications, compact size for easy portability, and simple operation. They are widely used in industries such as rivers, waterways, marker poles, telecommunications, cables, geological surveying, meteorology, airports, and forestry.

IV. Setup and Use

For stable and reliable measurement of long-distance targets, it can be fixed on a camera stand using the 1/4 screw hole on the bottom connecting plate of the instrument, or connected to various theodolites via a dovetail slot on the connecting plate through a dedicated adapter mechanism, and remote ranging operations can be performed via an external trigger cable.

V. Battery

① This instrument uses an 11.1V, 1000mAh lithium battery. ② When the instrument indicates low battery, please charge or replace the dedicated battery promptly. ③ To prevent injury or fire, do not allow metal objects to contact the battery electrodes.

④ Keep the battery dry. ⑤ Do not put the battery into fire (risk of explosion if placed in fire). ⑥ It is recommended to use the matching dedicated charger to charge the battery pack; using inferior chargers may damage the battery pack.

⑦ When charging the battery, ensure the ambient temperature is between 0℃ and 40℃, with relative humidity ≤80%; unsuitable usage environments may harm battery performance. (Note: When not in use for extended periods, store the dedicated battery pack in its packaging box, not inside the rangefinder.)

VI. Charger Use

Insert the power output plug into the instrument socket, then plug the power adapter into an AC 100~240V power source to charge the lithium battery in the rangefinder.

VII. Maintenance

① Regularly inspect the instrument's appearance and promptly clean surface dust, dirt, grease, mold, etc. ② Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the eyepiece, objective lens, or laser emission window. Do not scratch with hard objects to avoid damaging optical performance.

③ This device is a high-precision instrument integrating optics, mechanics, and electronics; handle with care during use, avoid squeezing or dropping from heights to prevent damage to the instrument.
