Enhanced Polypropylene Tail Gas Absorption Tower Series

Instructions: 1. This equipment is suitable for the absorption treatment of chemical tail gas. The outlet pipe and tower packing layer are designed based on the pressure, flow rate, and solubility in water of the tail gas. Relevant data are for reference only. 2. Type I is a suspended vacuum absorption tower with a working pressure ≤ -0.1 MPa. Type II is a combined tank (tower) absorption tower, typically used with an induced draft fan, with a working pressure ≤ 0.1 MPa. 3. Equipment materials: Generally, equipment made of ordinary reinforced polypropylene or pure polypropylene is more affordable. However, in environments with relatively high temperatures or strongly acidic media, the service life may not be ideal. In such cases, equipment made of UV-resistant modified glass fiber reinforced polyolefin (FRPP) can be selected, with a service life of over 10 years.
