Hoisting machinery

1. The hoist consists of a motor, hoist mechanism, frame, protective cover, etc.; it adopts a three-stage reduction method with a spiral pair transmission, providing greater output torque. The hoist is equipped with a steel frame to overcome uneven civil construction, reducing overall noise and vibration.
2. An outdoor-type long-duty cycle motor is used, with a protection rating ≥ IP55. The travel control mechanism employs a decimal counter principle, with a travel error of 0.5%. Torque protection control is achieved through axial displacement of the worm triggering a microswitch to protect electrical components.
3. Operation and maintenance are simple, allowing for both on-site and remote control operation.
