Core Structure
‌Gate Body‌: Composed of an arc-shaped panel and primary and secondary beam grids, made of zinc-sprayed steel plates or cast iron, with copper or stainless steel corrosion-resistant materials embedded in the sealing surface. ‌
Embedded Components‌: Include side sealing seats, bottom sills, and support hinge seats, with a sealing system using P-type rubber sealing elements. ‌
Transmission System‌: Used in conjunction with hoisting machinery, driven by mechanisms such as gears and worm gears to raise and lower the gate. ‌
Performance Parameters
‌Head Withstanding Capacity‌: Forward design head can reach 50 meters, reverse pressure resistance 20 meters, with a sealing index of ≤1L/h·m. ‌
Sealing Design‌: Bidirectional sealing structure, with the top of the guide rail higher than the centerline of the gate body to prevent displacement of high-pressure water flow from affecting sealing performance.
