Radial gate

The radial gate is a type of gate with a cylindrical curved surface as its water-retaining face. Its supporting arms have a hinge located at the center of the circle, and the gate rotates around this hinge during operation. The radial gate consists of three parts: the rotating gate body, embedded components, and hoisting equipment. It does not require a gate slot, has a relatively small hoisting force, and offers favorable hydraulic conditions. It is widely used in various types of waterways as a service gate.
