Its working principle involves thermally oxidizing organic compounds (VOCs) in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water under high-temperature conditions, thereby achieving harmless emissions.

II. Equipment Features

  1. High Efficiency Treatment: The RTO equipment efficiently converts organic compounds in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water, with a decomposition efficiency of over 99% for three-chamber RTO systems.
  2. Thermal Energy Recovery: Utilizing regenerative technology, it recovers the heat released during the decomposition of exhaust gases, achieving a thermal recovery efficiency of over 95%, significantly reducing operating costs.
  3. Large Airflow Handling: Suitable for treating large volumes of medium to low-concentration exhaust gases. Particularly when the exhaust gas concentration is slightly higher, secondary waste heat recovery can be implemented to further reduce production and operational costs.

III. Working Principle

The RTO equipment achieves efficient heat recovery and reuse through the regenerative bed. The exhaust gas is preheated by passing through the regenerative bed before entering the combustion chamber for burning. The high-temperature gases produced by combustion flow back through the regenerative bed, heating it up and "storing heat." This "stored heat" is used to preheat subsequent incoming organic exhaust gases, thereby saving fuel consumption for heating the exhaust gas. The regenerative bed should be divided into two or more zones or chambers, with each regenerative chamber sequentially undergoing processes of heat storage, heat release, and purging, operating continuously in a cyclic manner.
