Anti-dandruff hair care products: Used as a core ingredient in shampoos and conditioners to reduce dandruff by killing Malassezia fungi, while regulating scalp oil secretion and relieving itching.

Skin care: Used in facial cleansers, soaps, etc., to inhibit Propionibacterium acnes, reduce acne formation, and can act as a preservative (EU approved).

Pharmaceutical Field:

Studies show its therapeutic potential for Candida infections; for example, intraperitoneal injection of a 0.5 mg/kg dose can significantly reduce fungal burden in experimental candidiasis.
