Medical and Health Field

Used for the disinfection of skin and mucous membranes (e.g., pre-operative skin disinfection, wound irrigation), but the concentration is usually low (0.1%-0.5%) to avoid irritation;

Used as a disinfectant for medical instruments, especially suitable for the immersion or wipe disinfection of some heat-intolerant instruments (e.g., endoscopes, rubber products);

Used for the cleaning and disinfection of hospital environments, floors, and countertops, capable of killing vegetative forms of bacteria, fungi, and some viruses.

Daily Use and Personal Care

Added to products such as disinfectants, wet wipes, and hand soaps as a bactericidal ingredient to enhance the antibacterial effect of the products;
