MCA is a highly effective flame retardant for electrical and electronic applications, offering UL94 V-0 rating in unfilled or mineral-filled polyamide or TPU compounds. It provides excellent economic and mechanical benefits with low addition levels compared to halogen-based systems. Halogen-free properties ensure lower smoke density, reduced toxicity, and minimal corrosion, extending equipment lifespan during processing. The product features 99.5% purity, 6-8 pH, and 0.3-0.4 bulk density.
