1. Product Overview:
ZMAN Pneumatic Diaphragm Double-seat Control Valve adopts a double-guided structure, equipped with a multi-spring actuator, and has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and assembly. It is widely used to precisely control media such as gas, liquid, steam, etc., keeping process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at given values. It is especially suitable for occasions with relatively large allowable pressure difference, relatively large allowable leakage, and not very clean media. This series of products has multiple varieties such as standard type, bellows seal type, jacketed heat preservation type, etc. Nominal pressure grades include PN10, 16, 40, 64; valve body caliber range DN20~200. Applicable fluid temperature ranges from -200℃ to +560℃, with multiple grades within this range. Leakage standards are Level II or Level IV. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A variety of varieties and specifications are available for selection.

Composed of an electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and a control valve. Control valves are divided into electric control valves, pneumatic control valves, and hydraulic control valves (self-operated control valves), etc. Control valves are used to adjust the flow, pressure, and liquid level of the medium. According to the signal from the adjustment part, the opening degree of the valve is automatically controlled, so as to adjust the flow, pressure, and liquid level of the medium. They are usually divided into two types: straight-through single-seat control valves and straight-through double-seat control valves. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small unbalance force, and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop, and less leakage. Flow capacity Cv is one of the main parameters for selecting control valves. The definition of flow capacity of a control valve is: when the control valve is fully open, the pressure difference across the valve is 0.1MPa, and the fluid density is 1g/cm³, the flow rate passing through the control valve per hour is called flow capacity, also known as flow coefficient, expressed as Cv, with the unit of t/h. The Cv value of liquid is calculated according to the following formula.
