I. Overview:

This product is a pyrolysis particle measuring electrical fire monitoring detector. Pyrolysis particle detectors are mainly used to monitor changes in pyrolysis particles in protected areas. Its working principle is: substances such as cables and plastics decompose when heated to release particles and gases, and these particles are the smallest components of matter that can exist in a free state. Regardless of the cause of electrical fires, they all manifest as object overheating, release of particles and gases, and generation of odors in the early stage. The main heat sources of electrical faults in electrical cabinets are cables, load switches and protectors. The particles decomposed by heat in electrical cabinets are mainly salt particles and gas molecules. The HSJ-RJ2601 pyrolysis particle measuring electrical fire monitoring detector can monitor particles (diameter: 1nm～10nm) and gases generated by overheating decomposition of electrical equipment such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulated cables, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), epoxy glass cloth laminate, various batteries, circuit breakers, load switches, etc. It provides real-time alarms before visually visible smoke is generated, judges the overheating of insulators, realizes very early monitoring of electrical fires, and prevents problems before they occur.

II. Technical Features:

The pyrolysis particle measuring electrical fire monitoring detector can be used independently or connected to a host computer through a switching value port or RS port. When the alarm condition is met, it will give an audible and visual alarm prompt and feed back the detection result to the host computer. This product can communicate with the host computer in real time through the RS method, feeding back the monitored pyrolysis particles to the host computer. The detector integrates three composite sensing technologies, can accurately monitor seven types of monitoring parameters, and accurately avoid false alarms caused by various interference factors through a dynamic weight algorithm of multiple parameters.
