1. This dust collector adopts the chamber air-stop pulse jet dust cleaning technology, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and chamber reverse blowing dust collectors. It has strong dust cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small floor area, stable and reliable operation and good economic benefits.

2. Due to the adoption of chamber air-stop pulse jet dust cleaning, one jet can achieve the purpose of dust cleaning, so the dust cleaning cycle is extended, the dust cleaning energy consumption is reduced, and the compressed air consumption can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of the filter bag and the pulse valve is also reduced accordingly, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and the valve disc.

3. Maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in chambers without stopping the system fan and under the condition of normal operation of the system. The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts an elastic expanding ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag cage adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the cage, prolongs the service life of the bag, and is convenient for bag removal.

4. The upper bag extraction method is adopted. After the skeleton is pulled out during bag replacement, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the access hole, which improves the bag replacement operation conditions.

5. The box body is designed with air tightness and has good sealing performance. The access door uses excellent sealing materials, and kerosene is used for leakage detection during the manufacturing process, so the air leakage rate is very low.

6. The air ducts at the inlet and outlet are arranged compactly with low airflow resistance.
