Working Principle of Cyclone Hybrid Spray Tower:

The cyclone-type pneumatic mixed-flow wet dust removal equipment is designed based on the technical principles of fluid mechanics. Through advanced physical technology calculations, the centrifugal force obtained by the tangential angle of the designed cyclone device is used. Under the traction of the fan, the dust-containing gas enters the high-pressure centrifugal cyclone device tangentially. During the high-speed dynamic operation of the dust-containing gas, the centrifugal force of the cyclone device causes the liquid and the dust-containing gas to fully mix and adsorb each other. The cyclone energy is attenuated through circular motion to achieve the purpose of dust removal. The characteristics of this system are large air handling capacity, elimination of flammable and explosive risks, and strong adaptability to changes in dust. When the dust-containing airflow enters the purification equipment tangentially and performs high-speed transverse circular motion, the gas-liquid mixed flow achieves the purpose of dust removal under the action of centrifugal force. For viscous dust, oily dust, fiber dust, and polishing dust, it can ensure purification, and it is not easy to block the air inlet channel and adsorption filler.
