XFC-1500 Regenerative Blower is a key mechanical and electrical product of our company. Drawing on advantages from both domestic and international products, it is a practical, cost-effective product specially developed for Chinese customers. Since its launch, it has received positive market feedback. The XGB-type 5.5KW regenerative blower is made of an integrally cast aluminum shell and uses all-copper windings, ensuring the blower can operate for long hours. Whenever customers need, we will do our utmost to provide comprehensive services for our clients.

Features of XFC-1500 Regenerative Blower
1. It has an air intake capacity of up to 2500 m³/h, a pressure difference of 780 mbar, and a power output of up to 29KW, enabling efficient operation;
2. All rotating parts undergo computer static balance correction to minimize vibration;
3. The components meet the highest standard requirements, with an IP55 protection rating, F-class insulation motor, and CE certification.
Noise Issues
1. The noise from the casing and motor can be resolved by adding a sound insulation cover, placing the blower in a separate soundproof blower room, and implementing sound absorption and insulation treatments inside the room.
2. Install a silencer outside the blower's air outlet, with built-in sound-absorbing baffles, to reduce noise as it passes through the specially structured silencer. The silencer is used to reduce aerodynamic noise.
Precautions
1. Check the tightness of all parts and whether the positioning pins are loose.
2. Ensure there is no water accumulation or oil leakage inside the blower body.
3. No scaling, rust, or peeling is allowed inside the blower body.
4. Pay attention to whether lubrication and cooling are normal, check the quality of lubricating oil, regularly listen for any abnormal noises during blower operation, and ensure the unit is not operating under non-specified working conditions.
5. The overload of the regenerative blower may not be immediately apparent, so monitor the increasing trends of intake/exhaust pressure, bearing temperature, and motor current to determine if the machine is operating normally.
Usage and Maintenance of XFC-1500 Regenerative Blower
1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection during installation: check if there are any leftover objects inside the casing, whether all connections are secure, and whether the transmission is flexible. If any issues are found, promptly resolve or adjust them.
2. Check the rotation direction of the blower impeller: when facing the blower, if the impeller rotates counterclockwise, the wiring is correct; otherwise, swap the phase sequence of the motor's power input wires.
3. Regularly remove accumulated dust, dirt, and other deposits inside the blower.
4. After blower maintenance, before restarting, inspect all parts to ensure they are normal.
5. Maintenance of the blower equipment is not allowed during operation.
Delivery Precautions
After receiving the equipment, immediately inspect for any damage and notify the carrier. Also, check if all attached accessories are complete. Move the XFC-1500 Regenerative Blower to the designated installation location, and refer to Figures 1, 2, and 3 below to choose your preferred installation method. Wall-mounted and fence-mounted installations are two common methods, which allow sufficient space between the impeller and the valve. The blower panel has pre-punched mounting holes, making it easy for you to secure the blower. During installation, ensure not to distort the blower panel or transmission components. The motor's rated voltage and current must be compatible with the power supply. The power cord should be correctly connected with a fuse and comply with local and national electrical standards.
