3. Optional Configurations

1. Four-blade propeller type --- Standard stirring head, which makes the mixed medium axially flow from top to bottom with low shear force.
2. Three-blade propeller type --- Makes the mixed medium axially flow from top to bottom, generating local shear force. Suitable for medium and high speed use.
3. Dissolving type --- Makes the mixed medium generate radial flow both upward and downward, and the formed strong turbulence and high shear force can crush particles in liquid. Suitable for medium and high speed use.
4. Centrifugal type --- Double blades expand as the speed increases, suitable for use in narrow-mouth containers. The stirring effect is similar to that of the four-blade propeller type. Suitable for medium and high speed use.
5. Fan blade type --- Generates tangential flow with small turbulence and good heat exchange performance, applied in occasions where the medium needs gentle stirring. Suitable for low and medium speed use.
6. Anchor type --- Generates tangential flow with high shear rate at the edge, preventing the mixed medium from depositing on the container wall. Suitable for low speed use. It is an ideal stirring element for medium and high viscosity fluids, applied in polymer reactions and dispersion of minerals in liquids.

4.Maintenance of Mechanical Agitator:

· 1. The bearing bears all the loads of the machine, so lubrication has a great relationship with the bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine, so it is required that the injected lubricating oil be clean and well sealed. The main oil injection points of this machine are (1) rotating bearings (2) roller bearings (3) all gears (4) movable bearings and sliding surfaces.

· 2. The newly installed wheel band is prone to loosening and needs regular inspection.

· 3. Pay attention to whether the working conditions of all parts of the machine are normal.

· 4. Pay attention to checking the wear degree of easily worn parts, and replace the worn parts at any time.

· 5. The bottom frame plane of the movable device should be free of dust and other substances to avoid serious accidents when the machine encounters unbreakable materials and the movable bearing cannot move on the bottom frame. 6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate the cause.
