Product Introduction:
The High Shear Mixing Emulsifier 304 Stainless Steel Vertical Mixer is equipped with a German original motor, ensuring more stable operation and lower noise. It is compact and convenient, and can be operated by hand. Depending on the matching working head, it can complete various processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, mixing, dispersion and homogenization of high-viscosity materials, as well as crushing and homogenization of animal and plant tissues.
Its rotation speed can reach up to 28000rpm, and it can operate continuously for up to 4 hours. There are more than 20 types of working heads available, and it supports vacuum operation, easily meeting various high-demand experimental requirements for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
