Product Introduction:
Horizontal emulsifying pump, high-shear mixing emulsifier, pump, valve, pipe and fittings combines compactness and convenience. It supports small-batch operation, outperforming batch-type dispersing emulsifiers, and can simulate on-site conditions in the laboratory for circulation or online continuous processing. It features high efficiency, uniform quality, and no dead corners of dispersion. Equipped with a German original motor, it runs more stably with lower noise.
High-speed motor, optional stainless steel jacketed working chamber or glass working chamber. The high-speed rotating rotor cooperates with the precision stator working chamber, relying on high linear speed to generate strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the materials are fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and mixed, and finally stable high-quality products are obtained.
