III. Usage Method:

IV. Precautions:

a. During use, if the stirring is found to be eccentric or unstable, adjust the tightening chuck to make the stirring concentric. If using an Erlenmeyer flask for stirring, align the stirring rod with the center before turning on the machine.

b. If the power suddenly cuts off during use, check if the power cord plug is loose or detached, or if the fuse is blown. If none of the above situations apply, please contact the manufacturer.

Detailed Parameters

I. Speed Regulation

a) Check if the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the mixer.

b) Connect the motor lead wire to the electronic speed controller.

c) After connecting the electronic speed controller to the motor, debug the rotation speed. At this time, check if the speed regulation knob is in the initial position. Do not install the stirring rod to ensure safety. Plug in the power plug, turn on the electronic speed controller power switch, and adjust the motor to 60 rpm clockwise. Check if the rotation speed is uniform; if it is stable, it can be used.

d) Install the stirring rod on the chuck, tighten it, and then it can be put into production.

II. Usage and Maintenance

1. This machine uses a three-core sheathed flexible cable, and one yellow core wire must be firmly grounded to ensure safety.

2. To check or replace the brushes, first disconnect the power supply. The new brushes installed should be able to slide freely in the brush holder, then tighten the brush cap. (Generally, when the remaining length of the brush is about 6 mm, it needs to be replaced with a new one.)
