The stirring rod is made of stainless steel. It is also equipped with a control box, which can be operated away from the workbench.

III. Usage Method:

This series of instruments is easy to operate. First, familiarize yourself with the instruction manual and the functions of each part of the control box panel, install all components, adjust the height according to requirements, and then connect the power supply to start working.

IV. Precautions:

a. During use, if the stirring is found to be off-center or unstable, adjust the tightening chuck to make the stirring centered. If stirring with an Erlenmeyer flask, align the stirring rod with the center before turning on the stirrer.

b. If the power suddenly cuts off during use, check if the power plug is loose or fallen off, and if the fuse is blown. If none of the above situations apply, please contact the manufacturer.

c. For safe electricity use, this product uses a 220V AC power supply. The power socket should be a three-hole safety socket and must be properly grounded.

Detailed Parameters

I. Speed Regulation

a) Check if the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the mixer.

b) Connect the motor lead wire to the electronic speed regulator.

c) After connecting the electronic speed regulator to the motor, debug the rotation speed. At this time, check if the speed regulation knob is at the starting position. Do not install the stirring rod to ensure safety. Plug in the power plug, turn on the electronic speed regulator power switch, and adjust the motor to 60 rpm clockwise. Check if the rotation speed is uniform; if it is stable, it can be used.

d) Install the stirring rod on the chuck, tighten it, and then it can be put into production.

II. Use and Maintenance

1. This machine uses a three-core sheathed flexible cable, and one yellow core wire must be firmly grounded to ensure safety.

2. To check or replace the brushes, first disconnect the power supply. The new brushes installed should be able to slide freely in the brush holder. Tighten the brush cap. (Generally, when the remaining length of the brush is about 6 mm, a new brush needs to be replaced.)

3. If severe sparks are generated, the machine must be shut down immediately for inspection and repair to avoid greater losses.

4. If the motor does not rotate during use, first check the speed regulator, fuse, motor brushes, etc.

5. If the speed regulation part or motor is damaged and cannot be repaired by oneself, mail it to our factory for repair, or you can also purchase spare parts from our factory by mail.

6. During use, protective equipment must be worn to prevent materials from spraying out and causing accidents.
