Working Principle
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper part and bottom of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy drives the rotor to generate high linear speed, causing materials to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing in the gap between the rotor and stator before being ejected out. Under the action of forces in multiple different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, materials repeatedly undergo depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.

Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production and small-batch production in factories, it is applicable for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in industries such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants and pesticides.
